cozy cozy!!!

I'm sitting in my husband's recliner with a big thick flannel quilt on me with the fireplace on right now! I'm all bundled up in long pants and a zip up hoodie. It feels so cozy!!

I went to the church today for my "interview" of sorts for the nursery volunteer position. I am going to be the leader of a small classroom with infants from as young as 4 weeks old to 11 months old! I am suuuuper excited!! I start on Sunday, I am just waiting for my background check to go through.

Also, my second night of my class at church was on Monday night... it went AWESOME, wayyyy better than the first class. I feel like the people definitely opened up more in our small group and I can tell by right now that I want to be good friends with all of these people. I am super excited to grow with my small group!

I'm trying to plan a trip for my girlfriend, Cortnee to come out here for a visit over the Christmas break so she can see the school districts in the area... She wants to teach in a city, so #1 choice would probably be Milwaukee and then after that Appleton or Oshkosh or maybe Green Bay. I don't think she would want Madison, or maybe she would? I have no idea lol. I just don't want her to go to Madison because it's like 3 or 4 hours from me!

I need to go to Joann's to find fabric for a blanket that I want to make for my sister this week, I'm planning on making a rag quilt I think, for her birthday on the 12th. She'll be 26!! I'm going to sit here and be cozy and see if maybe Jackie Lee wants to go to Joann's with me :) haha jk.

I'm loving this fall weather!! I wish I could find my camera so I could get the pictures from our trip to Michigan uploaded :)
