I managed to drag Jackie Lee to the Spa at our apartment complex!! We spent about 45 minutes over there.
I did:
30 minutes on the tredmill
Speed over 3.0
Incline 6.0 for 10 minutes, 2.5 for 20 minutes
leg lifts 20lbs
4 sets of 20 reps
20 situps
I know I know, not that impressive, but I am glad to get at least a small workout!
I am determined to really get in the best of shape before we go back to Michigan at Easter.
I have 55 pounds that I would like to lose. I will only be weighing in on Sunday's so I won't over analyze each fluctuation.

6.0 incline?!?! Holy crap! I may have to try that when I go to the gym. Supposed to go in the morning but may bump it to Tues since school starts again tomorrow and I'm up stressing at 11:20 pm! :/
I'm not a workout guru, but your workout looks good to me! Even if it is a small start (and I don't know if it is), you have to start somewhere. Its better to start small and build up than to start huge and fail. I know you will do fine!! :)
lol yes that's my philosophy, better to start small and succeed than start big and fail miserably!!
