I have a ton of stuff to do. I'm amazed that our apartment is as clean as it is with how many visitors we've had in the past few weeks. Literally I've been running this place like a B&B!!
This weekend I would like to have accomplished:
- Taking down the Christmas Tree
- Putting away tree skirt and stockings
- wash the sheets (AGAIN!) in the guest bedroom
- get a couple loads of laundry going
- make french bread for my girlfriend and her husband
Well... when I started making the list I really thought this was going to be a huge overwhelming list, but it's really not.
Whenever Daren and Kelly leave I will get started.
Today doesn't feel like Friday.
It's the weekend and Jack is going back to work on Monday after having his last day of work be December 24th. On Monday all my shows start up again and I'm excited for that. I think we're going to possibly have one more set of visitors this month and that should be all the visitors we'll have until late spring hopefully. As much as I like having people here, it's freaking exhausting to keep the house immaculate and to be cleaning for hours after everybody goes to bed just to get it back up to par for when they wake up and then to get up early and have coffee made and be making breakfast by the time everybody wakes up. AND being in the kitchen literally all day long baking and cooking and cleaning up afterwards, and only a few hours later to do the whole thing over again.
It will be nice to go back to cooking for two, that's for sure.

You're a way better host than I am! My BFF is coming to stay the night with me tomorrow, and the most I am going to do is make sure to get some food she likes and clear out enough space in the 2nd bedroom to fit the air mattress in lol. Of course, its rare that anyone visits our apt.
If I'm ever in your neck of the woods I'm staying at your place. Mainly because you are such a good host and I want to eat all the yummy food you talk about. :-)

Ditto Bio! I'm a crappy host. But maybe it's because my visitors consist of Mom....that's it. And she likes to help clean my house. And I'm not complaining!
