I can't believe it. And here I was thinking I was doing good all week.
I know what my issue is. I already know without having to put too much thought into it.
Every day I try all day long not to eat too much and then when Jack comes home I'm starving and we pig out.
SO- I need to come up with an exact meal plan and figure out the calories of each meal.
Losing weight is basic. Burn more calories than you consume.
3,500 calories are in a pound. So that means I need to burn 7,000 calories a week more than I consume.
10,500 total calories to be consumed from today until next Sunday.
I need to get ready for church this morning, but seriously. How did I gain a pound over the course of the week?! I SUCK!
