My chart does NOT look like a bfp chart this month. My other cycles could have easily appeared to be bfp, but not this one. My temp went down this morning, and I'm wondering if I'll have the shortest LP ever! (for me)
I'm really super tired a lot lately. I'm not sure what is going on but all weekend I have basically been in bed from Friday on.
I've decided that if my temp goes up tomorrow morning I will test, if it doesn't then I won't.
I have been having cramps on and off all day today on the right side of my uterus.
I'm trying to figure out an exercise plan for the next three months to get a really BIG weight loss. I am going to have a goal of going to the gym at least four times a week in the first four weeks and then weeks five through nine moving it up to five times a week and then weeks 10 through 14 moving it up to 6 times a week. I also need to figure out a diet meal plan. Maybe I should get a weight watchers cookbook. I cook way too hearty of meals, very home style cooking and definitely not very low calorie. J and I both love salads, I don't know why I don't make way more salads.
Alright, it's 10 to 3 in the afternoon and I would like nothing more than to take a nap wrapped in my cozy blanket with my pup.
