God answered one of my prayers today in my future sister in law. I have always wanted to have a closer relationship to her and for her to want to take the time to get to know me before deciding how she felt about me and to show compassion to Jack and I for everything that we are and have been going through.
I posted about National Infertility Awareness Week on my facebook and she commented and from that we had a little conversation about infertility through comments and then this evening I sent her and IM on Facebook to tell her that I really appreciated the support that she offered and we proceeded to talk for over 2 hours about everything.
She didn't say much but asked questions and just pretty much showered me with support and caring. It was an amazing feeling and I'm so unbelievably blessed by the whole situation. I can't even express in words how moving it is for me to have that kind of a long conversation with her. She's been with my brother in law for 4 years and she has never spent more than a minute or so talking to me.
I feel a huge burden about my relationship with her lifted off of my shoulders tonight. I'm so thankful for that.
