I can't wait until I'm outside in this gorgeous weather and working out in MY garden!! We are supposed to hear from the seller's bank today to start our home inspections. We will have 7 days from the day we hear back from the bank to get all of our inspections done and decide if we are happy with the inspections and to proceed with purchasing the house. We can't get anything else going until we get those signed documents back. Can't get started on the mortgage... nothing.
So ... here's to hoping that the documents come back asap.
I want to start REALLY dreaming about how we're going to paint and decorate.
I also want to go in to the house with my camera and take tons of pictures!
I'm ready to get going. I'm ready for a huge huge never ending project.
Also - I have an interview tomorrow in Flint (eep, but it's right off the expressway and in a "nice" part of Flint) and it's only 30 minutes from our new house... and it would be $30k a year. Sooooooo..... that would be awesome for that to work out.
