So... the house on Meadow Lane fell through. We were thoroughly disappointed but at the same time, incredibly relieved that we hadn't lost almost $4,000 in the transaction. Yikes!!
Turns out per Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Jack is not able to get a mortgage because of his profession. In a stroke of possible luck, i think we have found someone who may be able to get us a mortgage!! So... let's all keep our fingers crossed and keep on praying k?
I got a lot set up for my etsy store today... I plan on putting up a couple things tomorrow and then a thing or two each day to fill my inventory up.
My mom also said that if we couldn't get financing on our own that she would be happy to co-sign for us. So that should definitely help us be able to strike out on our own!!
