I am planning my goals out today and my meals.
I want to eat more fruits and veggies in the place of carbs and sweets. Sounds sensible right? I also want to increase my water intake. Which means I think I'm going to buy a pack of bottled water so I can easily keep track. We have some grody well water so sometimes it tastes good but most times when you are drinking a lot of water to get your daily h2O intake, it just kinda sucks.
I'm heading to the gym this morning. I'm planning 45 minutes on the elliptical and I want to burn at least what I ate for breakfast.
Egg Bagel : 200 Cal
Organic Peanut Butter : 300 Cal (I ate 3 tbs)
Chocolate milk : 240 Cal (roughly, I know it was more than 8 oz but less than 16. I'm going to go with around 12 oz.
I know, not the breakfast of champions but I plan on having an apple and banana for lunch with a piece of string cheese when I get home from the gym.
My goal is to lose 15 lbs by April 18th. That's slightly over 2 lbs a week and it's 5 weeks or so away.
I can do this dang it. There will be no failure.
