My mom's here!! Wooohooo!
Jack picked her up at the airport on Friday while I stayed home cooking. Jack has never picked anyone up from the airport before by himself so he didn't know that you just stay parked in your car, or even stand out side it if it's not toooo awful cold, and wait for the person to come out to you. So he parked and went and got lost in the airport and left the jeep in a no parking zone. My mom called his cell phone, which of course he forgot at home so I answered. "Well this isn't going to do anybody any good, is it?" So my mom stood by the jeep and waited for Jack. *rolls eyes* He's speshul.
All we've done is cook and eat and eat and cook! So much yummy food it's ridiculous!
AND I got an awesome bread maker for Christmas!! Mom's know the best gifts!!
So far we've made cinnamon raisin bread, french bread and I'm at the end of making another cinnamon raisin loaf for my aunt for tomorrow.
Tomorrow we're hanging out with my dad's sister (my mom's ex sister-in-law) for breakfast and then probably going out to dinner. I have been in the kitchen non freaking stop since Friday morning.
